Assembly and filling
We laser-weld the internal expansion sleeve and then fill the chamber with viscous hydraulic oil.
Machining
Our machinists use state-of-the art 4 and 5-axis mills to shape the final product, from taper to bore.
Inspecting
Engineers inspect the finished chucks for a range of attributes, from material strength and surface hardness to balance, fit, and vibrational dampening.
